Mixed Martial Arts Fitness
This 1 hour class is high energy and cardio based. Class merges 3 styles of martial arts (Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing and Tae kwon Do) Heavy focus on Muay Thai Kickboxing - science of 8 limbs from Thailand. Punches, kicks, knees and elbows. Boxing - for great footwork and hand speed as well as defensive skills and crazy cardio. Tae Kwon Do - Korean Karate with fast and acrobatic kicks, great footwork, balance and speed. This is not your mom's Tae Bo! Each class ends with floorwork - sit-ups, push-ups, squats and stretching. Please bring a towel and water bottle. Age 14+
